By accessing any of Digital Whiskey's courses, programs or services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in The Whiskey Lounge are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on The Whiskey Lounge's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Digital Whiskey collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Member”) of The Whiskey Lounge. This Privacy Policy applies to The Whiskey Lounge and all Courses and Subscriptions offered by Digital Whiskey.

We may collect personal identification information from Members in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Members enroll in The Whiskey Lounge or a Course within Digital Whiskey, subscribes to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in The Whiskey Lounge. Members may visit The Whiskey Lounge anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Members only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Members can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Member related activities.
How we use collected information
Digital Whiskey may collect and use Members’ personal identification information for the following purposes:
To improve customer service
Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
To personalize user experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Members as a group use the services and resources provided in The Whiskey Lounge.
To send periodic emails
We may use Member email addresses to send Members information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Member inquiries, questions, or other requests.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Member personal identification information to others.
Third party websites
Members may find advertising or other content in The Whiskey Lounge that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from The Whiskey Lounge. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Member, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Digital Whiskey has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Members to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Your acceptance of these terms
By enrolling in any of Digital Whiskeys courses or programs, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the The Whiskey Lounge. Your continued enrollment in the The Whiskey Lounge following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
PAYMENT
You agree to pay, and authorise Digital Whiskey Pty Ltd’s third party payment processor to charge using your selected payment method and payment plan, for all applicable fees and taxes that may accrue in relation to your payment plan to use our Services or purchase our products. All fees are in AUD and are non-refundable except as required by law. Internet
Digital Whiskey Pty Ltd is not responsible for charges, bank fees, or foreign exchange rates applied by your Credit Card Company and/or financial institution. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us. We may suspend or terminate the Services if fees are 30 days past due.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS
Please note for all refunds on all digital programs, you must complete the entire program and can only request the refund after this time. Refunds are not given because you changed your mind, found the plan unsuitable, did not have access to the required equipment, found the plan confusing, had a technical issue or did not like the plan in general. In other words, refunds are given if you complete the full program and do not reach realistic goals. These terms are without exception and a refund request outside of these requirements will not be processed. You will be required to spend time reading the manuals and formulating your plan, it does require some personalisation and time commitment. This refund
policy is the standard terms for online, digital products. Unlike physical products, once you have purchased this product you will have instant access to the files and can not return them. Please do not contact us for a refund if you have not tried the program for the full time. If you are participating in any type of 30-day program/challenge, or a program for a fixed period of time, you are expected to complete all the lessons and submit a spreadsheet linking to your progress to show you did the work. If we find that you completed all the training but did not make any progress, we will contact you to confirm and then issue a refund within 14 days of the end of the program.

Testimonialists were in no way coerced or encouraged to leave reviews that do not reflect their actual experiences. TERMINATION OF USE

COMPLETE AGREEMENT
